Green Goddess Smoothie


1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
Small handful of spinach (or kale)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 Medjool date, pitted
1 tablespoon nut butter
1 cup coconut water

Toss all ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended.
